Reporting Requirements

Health, Education, and Services Funding

All current grantees must submit a grant report on the use of the current year’s funds before another grant application can be submitted. The report deadline coincides with the 2027 grant proposal deadline (11:59 p.m., Monday, October 19, 2026). All reports must be submitted via the Grant Report Webform. Applicants seeking renewal funding must submit their report before beginning their new application.

Folk Arts and Cultures Funding

All Folk Arts and Cultures grantees awarded funds in 2026 must submit an interim grant report on the use of their funds by 11:59 p.m., Monday, April 19, 2027, with final reports due by 11:59 p.m., July 15, 2027. All reports must be submitted via the Grant Report Webform. Applicants seeking renewal funding must submit their report before beginning their new application.
